With nearly 20 years in the HVAC and plumbing industry, Justin founded Tri Peaks Air to bring a more personal, trustworthy approach to home comfort. He’s a hands-on owner who still works in the field, meets with customers, and stays involved in every part of the business. A Colorado native, Justin built Tri Peaks on the values of honesty, reliability, and treating every customer like a neighbor. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.
“Very grateful to all technicians involved. They were all polite and timely and they did an excellent job on the installation. They clearly communicated what was going to be done for the day and the progress they made. After the installation was done, they helped me understand what was needed to maintain the system. Glad they have qualified technicians at this company.”
“I had zero understanding on our new home's radiant hydronic heating system, but knew that some of the noises it made were not indicating normal operation. Ramona answered the phone and was great about setting a quick schedule for diagnostic, and Justin arrived the very next day. He was a wealth of knowledge and did a fantastic job in explaining the system and all the components (more than once). He found that some work needed to be done and reviewed everything in detail and thoroughly managed my expectations; he and his crew were working on everything the very next day. The change in my system has dramatically changed for the positive, and I will call them back for any future concerns or maintenance. I cannot recommend Tri Peaks Air enough!”

“We were very pleased with the Tri Peaks Air installation team (Miguel, Salvador & Jose). They came to install a heat pump and connect it with our existing furnace so that we could have both economic heating and much desired air conditioning. They kept us up to date on their travel and arrival times. The team explained what they were doing and requested our approval on the place to put the heat pump. We were amazed at how they were able to find a way to set up the new system in tight quarters. They worked very well together, were pleasant and very professional. They put down covers on 1st level floor to protect the carpeting while they were here and covered the shoes while in the house. They left the inside and outside areas very clean. We would highly recommend this team.”

“Having no air conditioning during the hottest week of the year means a roasty, toasty house. From the time I called until the repairs were done was less than 48 hours and that is only because i needed a new fan motor. Justin came out and assessed the damages and discussed with me the best options for my situation. Adrian and Jose arrived the next day and got right to work and by 6 pm i was feeling a cool breeze! Tri Peaks even hard wired in my new thermostat which was unexpected as my last thermostat lived on battery power. At the end of the day, Adrian went over all of the repairs and ensured that I understood what was done and how things now worked. Adrian and Jose were friendly and professional and i am SO grateful for all of their hard work!”

“Tri-Peaks Air took care of us through so many bumps in the road. We had several repairs needed to get our swamp cooler working for the summer. We needed a new pump installed and a new float. It took a few tries to get everything working properly but they made sure we were happy with the end results.”

“I have been doing business with a large Company for 5 years to service our AC and Furnace units. When they came out to service our AC Units this year, they presented us with a large bill for extensive repairs. It did not seem proper to me so I called Tri Peaks Air for a second opinion. Justin was at my House the next day and did a complete exam of our AC Units, without reviewing the prior Company's estimate. Some of the items did need to be replaced, some did not. Tri Peaks estimated a much more sensible price and we set a date for the repairs the following week. I also purchased their Maintenance Contract. Their expertise, and dedication to their Trade is what I look for in a Company. This Company provides responsive service, at a fair price. Thank you to Mike, Justin, and Ryan for your help in turning my frustration into satisfaction. I look forward to doing business with you for many years to come. Also, 5 stars are not enough, I give them 10.”

“I would give Justin a MILLION STARS if I could!!! I cannot be more grateful. I had a different HVAC company come out to do an estimate for a furnace cleaning and air purifier installation and an hour later my furnace quite suspiciously stopped working. It was 6 pm in January a day after our subarctic freeze and the temperature was 40 degrees and falling fast. My pipes were likely to freeze if I could not get the furnace on again. All the HVAC techs were booked. While the suspect HVAC company told me they would charge me a nightly dispatch fee and an hourly rate to investigate what happened, Justin at Tri Peak Air walked me through how to open up my furnace to see whether the previous tech had purposefully disconnected the wires to try to sell me a new furnace. And sure enough… there was one disconnected wire.
Justin saved me from having to pay hundreds of dollars to get my heat back on, and possibly saved my pipes from bursting as well. He Is HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and CONSCIENTIOUS!!! I am SO GRATEFUL to Justin at Tri Peak Air!!!”

“Tri Peaks Air is a first-rate business that operates with a high level of professionalism, an incredible installation crew, and outstanding customer service. Our furnace went out in 15-degree weather over a holiday weekend. Tri Peaks Air was the only company willing to schedule a time to send a technician over – the other four companies we called would only add us to a wait list. The technician who came (Josh) clearly communicated arrival times, was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful in our situation. Tri Peaks was able to work within our budget to get us a new furnace and sent an amazing crew over for the installation. The team was respectful of our home, very friendly, highly conscientious of their work – and they all seemed to enjoy working with each other. We thought that said a lot about the company culture. All of the charges were very clear, the billing was simple and the company was highly responsive when we had questions. The furnace is a huge upgrade from what we had and we are beyond pleased with this company. Highly recommend – especially Josh, Ben, Jaylene, Todd, Danny and Devin.”
“The Tri Peaks team removed an old heat & AC system and installed a new high efficiency furnace and high end heat pump. The team worked well together. They encountered issues working in a cramped crawl space but worked together to solve them quickly. And they left the place neat and tidy. There are companies that can’t spell heat pump and then there is Tri Peaks that can design systems and make them maximize efficiency. The quoting, buying, installation process was professional, easy and quick. I assume the service when needed will be equally as good. All in, a great experience. I would recommend Justin and his team.”
