Papa Jim isa part of the behind-the-scenes team that keeps Tri Peaks Air running smoothly. As Justin’s father, he works alongside Uncle Mark in the warehouse to make sure the crews have everything they need to succeed in the field. Known for his great sense of humor and playful spirit, Papa Jim keeps everyone on their toes and brings a shining personality to the office. He’s a great help, a good sport, and someone who makes every day a little more fun.
