FALL SERVICE:
32-Point Furnace Inspection
-
Clean duct and debris out of upper and lower cabinets
(blower wheel pull and clean additional charge) - Clean flame sensing at thermocouple
- Check inducer motor and blower wheel assembly
- Check condition of ignitor
- Check the for proper mount & any corrosion
- Check for proper installation of filter
- Check blower motor for loose shaft
- Check and adjust fan and limit controls (standard 1-inch filters)
- Cycle furnace on from thermostat
- Inspect operation of the blower motor
- Check all electrical connections
- Check all safety components
- Inspect all base pan at system outlet
- System must be operational at time of service, and temperature must be above 55° to complete service
SPRING SERVICE:
32-Point Furnace Inspection
- Replace filter (various sizes of washable 1-inch filters)
- Inspect all wiring for loose connections and frays
- Check condenser
- Check contactor
- Check the level of the unit
- Check high/low-pressure switch/valves
- Test system for amount and clean off dirt and debris
- Cycle system on and off, check thermostat
- Check drain line
- Check Amp compressor
- Check fan motor
- Check capacitors
- Check the line set
- Take picture of unit at time of service; and outdoor temperature must be above 70 degrees for AC condenser
