Ramona completes the Tri Peaks Air office trio and plays a pivotal role in keeping everything running smoothly. With 25 years of customer service experience, she began her journey with us as a dispatcher, new to the HVAC industry, and has since become an expert in customer relations. As CSR Manager, Ramona is the friendly voice you’ll most likely hear when you call our office, and she’s responsible for managing job details, rebates, and scheduling with meticulous care. Her creativity is evident in everything she does—whether it’s crafting, baking (she’s practically a professional!), or caring for the various plants around the office. Ramona’s positive energy and dedication to providing excellent customer care make her an indispensable part of the team. A Colorado native, she loves spending time with her two daughters and enjoys traveling in her spare time.
