Though her title is Marketing Manager, Rachel is an essential part of Tri Peaks Air’s business development and day-to-day operations. As a core member of the office team, she’s constantly working behind the scenes to improve internal systems, streamline processes, and help the company grow stronger every day. She built and manages the Peak Performance Program, leads customer care efforts, and plays a key role in shaping the overall customer experience. A Colorado native, Rachel brings her signature energy and creativity to the company—on and off the clock—whether she’s hitting the slopes in winter or catching live music at Red Rocks in the summer.
