What’s Included?

Fall Service: 32-Point Furnace Inspection

• Clean dust and debris out of upper and lower cabinets (blower wheel pull and clean additional charge)
• Clean flame sensor or thermocouple
• Inspect all wiring for loose connections and frays
• Check condition of ignitor
• Check flue for proper slope and any corrosion
• Check inducer motor and clean all ports
• Check blower motor for loose shaft
• Replace filter in unit (service includes standard 1-inch filters)
• Cycle furnace on from thermostat
• Check amp draw at induced draft motor
• Check amp draw for blower motor
• Check all safety components
• Cycle furnace off at thermostat

*System must be operational at time of service, and temperature must be above 45ºF to service the heat pump*

Spring Service: 28-Point AC Inspection

• Replace filter (service includes standard 1-inch filters)
• Inspect all wiring for loose connections and frays
• Check contactor
• Check capacitor
• Check the level of the unit
• Check high-/low-pressure cut-outs
• Wash outdoor unit, and clean off dirt and debris
• Cycle system on from thermostat
• Amp motor
• Amp compressor
• Check charge
• Check airflow
• Check the line set

*System must be operational at time of service, and outdoor temperature must be above 70°F to service the air conditioner*

    Warranty Protection & Membership Requirement

    To keep your manufacturer warranty intact, it’s essential to maintain your HVAC system regularly. By enrolling in our Peak
    Performance Program, you ensure your system receives the care it needs to stay under warranty. If you choose not to
    continue the program after your first year, your warranty may be voided as regular maintenance is required to uphold its
    coverage. We highly recommend keeping your membership active to protect your system and avoid any potential warranty
    issues.

    We stand by the work we do. After each service, we’ll certify your system with our No Breakdown Guarantee—ensuring that
    your equipment runs smoothly until your next maintenance. If something goes wrong, we’ll fix it at no cost to you!

    Exceptions:
    If we identify issues during maintenance and you choose not to repair them, we can’t certify the system under this guarantee

    Terms & Conditions

    • Benefits have no monetary value and may not be refunded
    • After Hours Charges apply before 8am and after 5pm Monday-Friday. After Hours charges are always applied on Saturdays, Sundays, and company observed holidays
    • Benefits are limited to 1 system per membership.
    • Members receive 1 Tune -Up per 6-month season
    • For Furnace and AC memberships, benefits must be redeemed before the end of each applicable season (summers and winter)
    • Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other offers
    • Payments are automatically billed on the 1st of each month until cancelation
    • Payments are non-refundable
    • Any unused credits left in account after cancelation are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable
    • Furnace only Memberships include 1 yearly maintenance and 1 additional filter change
    • While membership is active, you consent to receiving promotional marketing messages, and quarterly reminders to get maintenance/filter change

    How are my payments used?
    100% of your monthly payments are credited to your account and can be used toward the purchase of a new heating or cooling system. The credits don’t expire and roll over until you need them.

    Can I cancel my Membership at any time?
    Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime,
    with no penalties or questions asked. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll take care of it.

    Do I need to remember when to schedule my maintenance?
    No! We’ll reach out to you when it’s time for your seasonal service. You’ll never have to worry about remembering your maintenance dates—we’ve got it covered.

    What happens if my system breaks down between services?
    As part of the No Breakdown Guarantee, if your system experiences a breakdown after a certified maintenance service, we’ll return and fix the issue at no additional cost. However, if you choose not to proceed with any necessary repairs identified during your maintenance, we can’t certify your system under this guarantee.

    Are my credits transferable to another property that I own?
    No, each membership is specific to one location, if you move you may transfer the membership, but it may only be used for one location at a time. If you switch it, it cannot be returned

    Can I combine promotions with my membership discounts?
    No, promotions cannot be combined with membership benefits, but you may choose to negate the membership discounts if a promotion offers a better one.
