The technician who came (Josh) clearly communicated arrival times, was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful in our situation. Tri Peaks was able to work within our budget to get us a new furnace and sent an amazing crew over for the installation. The team was respectful of our home, very friendly, highly conscientious of their work – and they all seemed to enjoy working with each other. We thought that said a lot about the company culture. All of the charges were very clear, the billing was simple and the company was highly responsive when we had questions.
